• Schedules services/ repairs for technicians daily.
• Ensures collection of service charges, monitors unpaid service billings and follow-up payments from customers.
• Update records of services rendered to customer with aid of customer service system; prepares Quality Claims Report (QCR).
• Monitors the parts and products under QCR until replacement part is received.
• To follow up with QA on any quality related issues during services.
• Safekeeping of Customer Service Department's files and records
• Up keeping of Showroom to always ensure tidiness and cosy ambience.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Repair Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment at the component level. This includes PCBs, UPS systems, power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC, and controllers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in electronic systems and identify defective components.
• Perform repairs and replacements of components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, mosfet, memory chips, MCU and other electronic parts.
• Work on a variety of devices, including PCBs, UPS systems, Power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC and controllers.
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers for troubleshooting.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and equipment operates efficiently.
• Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electronic component-level repair.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
