Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the revenue growth of his / her portfolio within the SEA region for both the advanced materials (coating services) and the industrial equipment business units.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the formulation and drive execution of the sales and marketing strategy within the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine, Indonesia) to deliver sales revenue growth within the 3 years business plan.
• Actively collaborate in collaborative market research into regional markets to identify clear target customers with defined market segments and application groups defined in the strategy.
• Lead and drive strategic sales initiatives for the SEA region, collaborating with the required internal resources to identify and acquire qualified leads and ultimately create new opportunities. These initiatives will include sales campaigns (personal selling, LinkedIn, etc), exhibitions, seminars etc.
• Lead and cultivate strong customer relationships with all key customers and key business opportunities. Engage and develop key stakeholders on the customer side and devise clear plans to drive opportunities through the sales process to win business.
• Opportunity Management: manage all opportunities with a clear roadmap through the sales process, managing where necessary projects with clear objectives, goals, milestones, and timelines to win customer business.
• CRM: Work professionally within the CRM tools / framework to ensure best practices in customer relationship management.
• Solutions & Product knowledge: continuously develop a deep understanding of the markets, applications, solutions, and product portfolio of Nanofilm and its target customers.
• Business responsibility to define with management the most relevant business model / offering to our customers, to balance the strategy of Nanofilm and to meet customer needs to win business.
• Negotiation skills to navigate customer negotiations on all business and contractual topics such as NDA, Sales Contracts, Negotiation commercial terms, etc.
• Reporting, providing regular reports on status, progress, and planning for the S&M activities in the region. Including forecasting, monthly updates, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering Discipline
• 3- 5 years minimum experience in B2B Materials Technology and related industries
• Aggressive in meeting sales targets and results- driven.
• Confident, independent, target-driven, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to generating and converting prospects into actual sales.
• Excellent communication skills and competitive sales approach
• High degree of commercial acumen matched with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of International business practice and regulation has an added advantage.
• Ability to assimilate and understand technical information regarding vacuum coating technologies and sell on technical capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and benchmark competitors technically and commercially.
• The initial work location will be at 28 Ayer Rajah Crescent. The company is scheduled to relocate to the HQ office at 11 Tai Seng Drive in 2025.

The Senior Civil Engineer shall supervise all civil, structural, and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

Job Summary:

The Senior Civil Engineer assists the Construction Manager in performing engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of current upcoming Civil projects.

The Senior Civil Engineer shall supervise all civil, structural, and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

• Logistic industry (Air & Sea)
• Basic salary up to $2800
• Yearly performance bonus
• Location: Changi
• 5 days work week @ 9.00 - 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all bookings for both air and sea freight
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, shipping rate and etc
• Interact with customer via phone / email
• Process customer orders, documentation, and schedule for deliveries
• Apply for custom permit if required
• Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments and etc
• Other related ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in logistic industry
• Bilingual in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and vendors
