Our client, a leading medical devices manufacturer, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as an IT Support Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily reviews of system backups for the local site, operating servers, and network equipment, and document the findings.
• Assist network administrators in troubleshooting network connectivity, server, and VOIP issues. Additionally, support in maintaining accurate Active Directory entries for desktops.
• Provide support for the Office Suite, Outlook email applications on desktops, and other company-endorsed desktop and mobile applications.
• Resolve hardware and software issues pertaining to desktop and mobile devices.
• Provide support for production and office peripherals as required.
• Work closely with Operational Technology (OT) teams to understand system requirements and integration points.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the convergence of IT and OT technologies.
• Manage Configuration Items (CI) in the Computer Management Database (CMDB).
• Manage incident and service tickets in ServiceNow.
• Manage critical incidents and handle escalations in a professional manner.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) while defining and implementing measures to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (including IT Infrastructure and Digital HUB) to implement various IT and Digital solutions in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Actively engage with clients to comprehend their needs and advocate for IT solutions.
• Cascade IT communications to IT users at the local sites.
• Gather feedback from local management and users on IT services and provide insights to the leadership team for ongoing improvement of IT services.
• Continuously monitor operations and proactively develop enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
• Offer solutions and ideas for improvement and optimization.
• Plan and implement IT rollout projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies/Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Technical certifications are advantageous.
• Proficient in the following:

*Microsoft Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint.

*Basic apps available on mobile devices, and setup on mobile devices.

*Latest version of Windows.

*Basic configuration of PCs and laptops.

*Overall LAN/WAN concepts including DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, ADS, and knowledge of remote access technologies.

*Server and Windows Professional and/or latest version.

• Technical knowledge of client endpoint devices and printers, software & hardware configuration troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Desired knowledge in the field of Industry 4.0/IOT.
• Experience in connecting shopfloor machines to IoT platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal team in Singapore liaise with customers / consultants on day to day basis
• Preparation of project documents including BQ
• Handling Design & Build projects
• Prepare optimised design solutions for projects
• Prepare Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout)
• Prepare design calculations incl voltage drop, short circuit current etc.
• Support multiple M&E projects concurrently
• Lead project meetings and work with team members to achieve the deliverables on-time

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc
• Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred
• Familiarity in BIM (Revit / Navisworks) is advantageous
• Having consultancy experience is preferred
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll processing (End to end payroll processing, including computation of salary, attendance & leave checking, Overtime processing and allowances,)
• Follow-up on staff movement of payroll related (eg.new join, salary adjustment or resignation)
• Preparation of tax clearance for foreign employee
• Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims.
• Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in system
• Attend to employee’s queries related to all HR matters
• Any others HR related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
Proficient in Ms Office Application
Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
Meticulous and well organized
Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
