• Ability to write well-documented, reusable code in C#, C++ or other languages

• Prepare Electrical/ELV/ICT project tender submissions such as Cost Breakdown, Quotation, Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Rates, Bills of Quantities, Tender Proposal etc.
• Review all tender documents such as Drawings, Scope of Work, Technical/performance specifications and etc.
• Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tender.
• Request and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
• Responsible for reviewing contracts and advice on commercial risk.
• Drive contract negotiation and minimize contract risk.
• Responsible for continuously monitoring contract deliverables and project milestones to avoid any delay and project risks.
• Provide contractual advice to the project team over the project duration.
• Generate and issue Purchase Order, Letter of Award or Letter of Intend to vendor/subcontractor.
• Manage EOT, progress claim, VO submission, and final account with client/subcontractor.
• Manage and liaise with HQ finance department and bank for bank guarantees and performance bonds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, with a preference for experience with Electrical Contractors.
• Experienced in tendering for projects.
• Profound knowledge of local building contracts, contract negotiation, and administration.
• Profound knowledge of Electrical, ELV and ICT systems.
• Strong legal/contract analytical skills with a good eye for details and sound knowledge of general corporate and contract law.
• Good organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities.
• Capable of autonomously executing tasks with minimal oversight, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong team player.

Education and IT/Software Skills:

• Microsoft Office.
• Basic AutoCAD skills are an advantage.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including arrival and departure times, cargo weights, and dimensions.

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as customer service, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of import consolidation activities.

• Input all details of co-load, consol, FCL once pre-alert received from POL agent.
• Check Debit Note/Credit Note/Collection sheet by agents.
• Provide instruction to warehouse.
• Liaise with consignee/carrier/agent via email.
• Arrange payment and provide authorisation letter(LOA) to carrier/co-loader.
• Provide arrival notice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in import consolidation operations within the freight forwarding industry.
