Purpose

The primary role of our Operations Engineer is to monitor and maintain 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems to ensure operational efficiency and continuity for the company’s business.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.
2. Issue trouble tickets and tracked the fault resolution to ensure that any fault raised is responded to and resolved within the agreed SLA.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with major cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), container orchestration (especially Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools (such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef).

About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of services to meet the requirement of the customers by coordinating with the different service providers, warehouse and other department.
