Job Opportunity: Outbound Service Call Representative (3-Month Contract)
Location: Near Telok Ayer MRT (DT Line) / Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (not extendable for now, unless changes arise later)

Salary: up to 3k

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Service Call Representative to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding customer experience through professional interactions and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to engage with customers and deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Address and resolve customer queries and requests in a timely manner, meeting service level agreements.
• Perform related administrative and ancillary tasks to ensure smooth and complete customer interactions.
• Proactively support processing and execution tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description

Customer Service Interaction

• Direct Contact with Customers with outstanding friendly and reliable service offered
• Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
• Check on the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
• Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
• To answers all call within 3 ringing tone (without fail)
• Monitor the onboard status without fail and to informed customer on any irregularity
• Good communication among all related department concern Eg Ops, Warehouse , Traffic , planning team
• Always ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated .
• Constantly aware and update on NEW changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
• Ensure that all monthly customer report is submitted on timely manner without fail

Requirements

• Minimum 3 " O" Level or 5 " N " Level
• 2 year's experience within the same industries / field
• Require basic knowledge of computer (eg , Excel , Words etc.)

• HR service delivery contact for the location assigned.
• Provide efficient, high-quality HR service delivery to employees, line managers, and HRBPs in assigned locations.
• Deliver a coherent transactional processing service, providing high-quality advice, support to managers and employees, and query resolution throughout the employee’s life cycle.
• Manage all the employee-related data entry into the HR system.
• Ensure integrity, consistency, and security of all data you deal with.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy of the HR data maintained.
• Manage the HR shared services ticketing tool and ensure all requests/queries are attended to promptly.
• Actively contribute to case analysis and identification of issue trends.
• Ensure key performance metrics including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Generate timely and accurate HR reports for data analysis and provide insights where applicable.
• Participate in new technology implementation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Update and maintain all related knowledge management documents
• Support the annual HR cycle including Merit, Incentive, Year-end, Audits, and the like.
• Build strong mutual trust and relationships with key stakeholders and keep regular communications with them to obtain feedback on daily operations.
• Operational management of the scope of work defined in our HR service catalogue, handling employee inquiries, HR Operations Tickets
• Contributing to global and regional HR projects
• Any adhoc duties assigned
