What You'll Do:

• Ensure Hygiene and Safety: Follow personal, food, and beverage hygiene standards. Adhere to workplace safety and health policies.
• Customer Assistance: Attend to customers for collection, walk-in purchases, or dine-in. Respond promptly to email and social media inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Administer NS registration, pre-enlistment, and enlistment activities, including follow-ups on cases and issues.
• Ensure timely task execution and compliance with processes.
• Conduct verification checks on NS processes and submit reports to stakeholders promptly.
• Communicate with pre-enlistees, parents, and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical teams to plan system enhancements.
• Provide data for periodic management reports and support audit requirements.
• Oversee enlistment exercises and address related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage current and new customer accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to provide timely assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare and issue shipment quotes and coordinate shipments as per customer requirements.
• Multitask efficiently using various workspace tools and computer software.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Proficiency in multitasking and working with computer software programs.
