• Monitor daily work activities of the various subcontractors to ensure proper adherence to job site safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and inspect work progress for quality control and quality assurance; identify and resolve problem issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the team to fulfill all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with a consultant.
• Assist the Project Manager and other project team members to close out a project for handover with OMM and as-built documentation submission.

• Conducting regular system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Implementing security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption, to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.
• Managing backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Certified in both Azure and AWS minimally in one of the following areas Administration, Architecture, & DevOps
3. Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer.
4. Good knowledge of infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, networking, and virtualization.
5. Understands clustering concepts (Windows & SQL), (DR) & High-Availability (HA), Knowledge on Load balancers, WAF & DDOS, Hypervisors & Virtualization
6. Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
7. Knowledge / Experience in installation / configuration of enterprise applications and tools will be a key consideration. (ex. Office 365, SharePoint, CRM, K2, and Nintex)
8. Solid understanding of security principles and experience in implementing security measures.
9. Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
10. Experience with monitoring tools and methodologies for infrastructure performance and availability.

12. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
13. Experience working in GDC, GPC, GCC projects will be an added advantage (SG Specific)

• Lead and manage ACMV system design, installation, and commissioning in construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to integrate ACMV systems into building designs and plans.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with ACMV requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an M&E Engineer, with specialized experience in ACMV works for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV system design, installation, and commissioning practices.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing ACMV systems in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software for ACMV system design and coordination.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot ACMV system issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Professional certifications or licenses related to ACMV systems and construction management are preferred.
