Job Scope:

• Manage the service delivery of shared IT services to stakeholders and ensure SLA and customer satisfactory level KPI are met
• Managing a service desk which coordinate and update the progress of the Service Request, System Change and Enhancement from various stakeholders

• Play a key role in the design and execution of the next evolution of KABAM’s Co-Lab and Halo autonomous mobile robots, leveraging expertise in ROS, robot navigation, robot perception, and proficient programming in C++/Python. Prioritize innovation while ensuring the highest standards of reliability and robustness throughout the development process.
• Work closely with various teams, including mechatronics, electrical, and software engineers, to seamlessly incorporate new robot platforms or enhance existing ones within KABAM's Smart+ app, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Integrate embedded systems into robotic platforms by utilizing protocols like serial, CAN bus or Modbus for seamless communication between embedded ATmega microcontrollers, sensors/actuators and the main robotic system.
