Key responsibilities

• Greeting and seating customers
• Presenting menu with recommendation on promotions/food and beverage pairing
• Serving the food and beverages
• Perform cashiering duties
• Attend to customers' request and feedback promptly and professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables and other dining areas

Requirements

• Able to start work in Jan 2025
• Candidate should be able to work 5/6 day per week on rostered shift during outlet operational hours
• Friendly personality
• Good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in alcoholic beverages

Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday – Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week. (11am - 8pm/ 12pm - 9pm)
Location: Newton/ Chinatown

Contract: yearly renewable based on business needs and individual performance

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Atleast A levels or Diploma

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
