Duties of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical tasks.
• Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Ensure maintenance plans meet engineering standards and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare maintenance documentation, including checklists and risk assessments.
• Achieve maintenance KPIs and support technician training and development.
• Manage manpower, including overtime and emergency planning.
• Oversee spare parts and warehouse activities, including stock management and ordering.
• Handle service contract scopes, PR, and evaluations.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage maintenance budget.
• Participate in emergency response and assume relevant roles as needed.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related field.
• Min 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and supervisory

• Maintain rotating and static equipment, plant piping, and structural support systems.
• Respond to and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Determine necessary materials, tools, and methods for safe maintenance tasks.
• Conduct machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with the production team.
• Ensure operational efficiency of all plant valves and mechanical components, including control and plant valve maintenance.
• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the production team on mechanical system testing and troubleshooting.
• Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform valve line-up and LOTO for maintenance preparations.

Requirements

• Nitec in Engineering related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems

Requirement

1. Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
2. Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests.
3. Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
4. Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
5. Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
6. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
