Job Resposibilities:

• Field Support. To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to a mission critical system. To restore the system to its operational condition. Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
