Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with different parties to deliver high-quality audio-visual and video conferencing solutions, ensuring they adhere to company standards and best practices and fulfill customer requirements.
Configure, test, and commission professional audio solutions for different venues and corporate meeting rooms, integrating them with other audio-visual and video conferencing systems.
Provide end-user training, guiding users on how to effectively operate and utilize the implemented solutions.
Work closely with in-house AV Designers and Engineers, as well as manufacturers such as EV, BOSE, Martin Audio, Samsung, Logitech, etc. to implement fully integrated AV solutions for spaces such as lecture halls, meeting rooms, command centres, auditoriums, and ballrooms.

As part of the IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for enterprise data backup protection and to optimized end-to-end Enterprise backup operations to support the digitalisation requirements of MPA. In addition, you will:

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Manage and support Storage systems, including patch management remediation, capacity planning, configuration management, provisioning and zoning of new servers on SAN switches.

Troubleshooting of VERITAS NetBackup and SAN issues
Analyse backup software performance and monitoring of scheduled backups to ensure success or take remedial action for backup failures
Monitor usage and performance of storage and perform capacity planning for storage growth
Manage storage and backup changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
Manage backup replication and data movements during activities such as disaster recovery
Perform regular DR (Disaster Recovery) test plan of backup data restoration and storage replication availability.
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
Manage the technology refresh plan to ensure software and hardware compliance
Responsible for performing Backup ad-hoc operational tasks and maintaining availability at the POCC sites.
Ensure compliance with internal Quality Management System and Government IM8 and CSA requirements for IT and cybersecurity.
Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers and users to ensure technical compatibility on infrastructure and application systems integration and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in storage and backup administration in large or complex environment.
Strong knowledge in Veritas Netbackup / Veeam / Dell Tape Library / Hitachi VSP, HUSVM, Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
Knowledge in OS Windows / Linux / UNIX / Virtualization platform / SQL databases
Experience in tapeless backup solution to Cloud will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Design and project management of mechanical/electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc.
Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants’ meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in electrical engineering
2-6 years of experience under consultancy culture
Design and implementation, able to attend meetings independently
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently
Good interpersonal/communicational skills
Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite
Working schedule: 4.5 days
Mondays to Thursdays (8am-6pm/9am-7pm), Fridays (8am-12pm/9am-1pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Processing and coordinating customers’ orders, forms, applications, and requests

REQUIREMENTS:
