Responsibilities:

• All maintenance activities are performed in compliance with company policy and procedure
• Perform all maintenance activities as identified by engineer and/or in project plan including;

2. Aircraft preparation
3. Inspections

Requirements:

• Mechanical / technical knowledge within an industrial environment, preferably within aviation
• Demonstrated understanding of aviation regulatory and safety requirements performing aircraft maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand Aircraft Maintenance Manuals
• Higher ITE / Diploma / Foundation Degree in Aircraft Engineering
• PC literate with MS packages.

Facilities Management

• Manage and maintain all facilities in our stores across 4 terminals
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH)
• Monitor contractor’s staff and third party’s contractor (from brand partner) to execute maintenance activities according to scheduled timeline
• Ensure that the completed work by the maintenance technicians, contractors are of a satisfactory expected standard and follow up on any deficiencies such as verification of M&E installation
• Carry out regular routine check and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out according to the standard requirements

Compliance

• Support and ensure that actual construction complies with pre-defined technical specifications

Others

• Maintain a good relationship with appointed contractor, brand contractor, brand partners, CAG facility group team
• Any other ad hoc duties/projects as per assigned

Requirement:

• Some basic knowledge of handyman work would be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of work experience related to facilities management preferably in a retail environment
• Knowledge on safe work procedures would be anadded advantage
• Self-starter,Outgoing, dependable, pro-active and team player with can-do attitude
• Able to work shift work
• Good organizing, problem solving, project and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office

This position ensures that all aspects of building and facilities maintenance in the Schools is at optimum operational condition and conforms to up to date regulatory and safety requirement at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance and ensure all facilities operate efficiently and conform to operating standards.

• 5 years of relevant working experience in major building maintenance/construction projects
• Possess a class 2B/3 license with own transport.

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Engineer shall report to and under the supervisory of the Maintenance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks and devise maintenance schedule and resources planning and deployment.
• Provide solution guidance to the Service Technicians and generation of maintenance documentation such as PM & CM report to Manager for review and final release to customer.
• Provide CM on faults to establish root cause on an ad-hoc basis including I-level & D-level testing and troubleshooting on equipment
• Plan and perform PM to system equipment at scheduled/ periodic basis including O-level testing and sensors calibration to ensure optimal operational performance
• Collaborate with OEM to establish root cause of fault findings and D-level components repair
• Supervise sub-contractor performing maintenance at site
• Convey updates to Manager and customer on maintenance progress.
• Review with Manager on maintenance processes and resources etc for maintenance process improvement.

Requirements

• Holding recognised Professional Certificate minimum with Higher Nitec/Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical /Mechatronics/ Aerospace Engineering or equivalent from recognised institution or at least 5-yearsworking experiences in above mentioned engineering fields.
• Advantage if have the knowledge and experience working with sensor, control, automation, and Information Technology (IT) system troubleshooting
• Resourcefulness and logical in problem-solving aptitude.
• Able to travel and work under non-conducive environment including site located at offshore island, buoys and in high security areas such as military base, and airport etc
• Ability to lead and manage a team, and to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to conduct risk assessment and provide advisory to the team member and Manager.
• Preferably holding a Class 3 driving license and familiar with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
• Ability to converse well in English language and technically.
