• Keep and maintain safe and health work environment
• Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OSHAS18001, IATF 16949).
• To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
• Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in Petrochemical Industries.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard (Preferred)
• Functional Safety System Maintenance and testing and in accordance with IEC standard requirement.
• Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.
