The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of mechanical or electrical installations and equipment. Provides general assistance in the maintenance of the company’s plant, machinery, building and associated facilities. Carries out routine inspection and servicing of the company’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, refrigeration plants and air-conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems, machinery and equipment. Attends to complaints from users and carries out minor repairs. Monitors and keeps daily records of readings on various gauges, thermometers, pumps and other equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to correct any malfunctioning.

· Equipment in a safe and operational state of readiness at all times in order to fulfil daily operation requirements.

· Carry out preventive maintenance checks on allocated machines

· Carry out troubleshooting on the allocated machines to find the root cause and repair the defective machines to minimize downtime.

· Actively works on ongoing review, improve & monitor manufacturing capabilities to improve operational performance and efficiencies.

• Attend to the breakdown of the air-conditioning system, plumbing and electrical issue

• Carry out preventive maintenance according to maintenance work schedule

• Supervise to ensure that repair and replacement work are carried out properly by a term service provider or contractor in a timely manner
• To supervise & monitor term service providers & contractors to make sure they comply with workplace safety & health legislation, guideline & code of practice
• To sign off service provider service report
• To assist in Marcom events when necessary such as sound system & lightings
• To call & coordinate M&E breakdown with the service provider
• To inspect daily for units under fitting out during fit-out period and units under reinstatement
• Check the vacant unit/units which are taking-over or handing-over, to draw up technical / building specifications eg. to confirm the electrical / exhaust capacity, water & drainage provisions etc.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Commercial team, drive revenue through the acquisition of new job vacancies in the Singapore SMB segment. This will be achieved by acquiring new accounts, increasing wallet share of existing accounts, and collaborating with service teams to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be hunting leads and farming existing clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs from both books, and ultimately revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.

In this role, you will:

• Grow the business by acquiring new hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from new clients
• Grow the business by expanding share of wallet from existing clients, measured by total new jobs and revenue from existing clients
• Cross-sell various Glints’ products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia
• Collaborate with the Sales Development team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
• Collaborate with the other sales teams such as Recruiters and Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.
