About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Director, NZMP S&EA, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing a specific set of customers within their respective markets, and developing & executing account plans to achieve volume, revenue, and pricing targets. • Manage internal communication strategy, such as intranet, in-person and virtual events such as town halls, employee engagement plans, among others as needed.

• Handle vendor and association relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise all event activities including but not limited to, housing, badges & food/beverage.
• Approve design, layout, cost estimates and construction of exhibits and displays.
• Work with creative agency on messaging, artwork and promotional materials for events including but not limited to, email campaigns, social media, communications to the field, pre and post meeting notices.
• Ensure compliance with BD Quality and Regulatory requirements and adherence to MarCom standards and procedures.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required – preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Public Relations and Communications experience, working in large Multinational Corporation. Agency experience will be preferred.
