Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio’s workspace, community and experience of the future. The Assistant Event Manager is responsible for the development, planning and overall operational and execution of meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs and/or special events. The Assistant Event Manager works on a variety of projects simultaneously and serves as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective department. • Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
• Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
• Experience effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time, even under high-pressure situations and adapting to a fast-paced work environment with a passion for making an impact
• Account Manager will manage clients whose usual business language is English. Knowledge of English is essential for success in this role
• Experience articulating complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation
• Structured problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the media landscape of Australia & New Zealand and digital media is preferred
