Treasury Support

• Handle daily cash management (including bank a/c balance, FOREX (spot, forwards and swap), money market borrowing, fund transfer using Swift Alliance and deal inputs)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CA) are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, with a strong understanding of finance operations, process redesign, and technology implementation.
• Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects, including the implementation of financial systems.
• Expertise in finance processes such as financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting, as well as experience with shared services and process reengineering.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

We are a high performing APAC team, looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player in our larger marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to drive Brand to Demand Generation strategies across the customer’s lifecycle, with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and AI products & solutions.

You will play a key role in accelerated pipeline growth, new opportunities and be accountable for revenue targets. You’ll be responsible for driving the program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business growth.

You will have a strong understanding of GTM sales strategies, leveraging GTM motions on solutions, industry, partner marketing, new customer acquisition to achieve results. You’re a savvy APAC marketing program leader who can conceptualize, execute and manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization.

Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, team collaboration, adaptability and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the APAC marketing programs lead on ServiceNow Platform and AI programs collaborating closely with all GTM, Sales, Partner teams to gather insights, develop strategies and align plans to accelerate business growth.
• Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity, prioritization of marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that will drive demand for the ServiceNow Platform and AI
• Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution at scale of demand generation programs across the APAC marketing and business teams that result in measurable growth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narratives, engagement and high-performance campaigns.
• Leverage all direct and indirect channels to land new business and drive up-sell, cross-sell marketing campaigns across customer buying centers and activate the ecosystem for new business acquisition.
• Develop and test new program scenarios to drive optimizations and efficiencies against investments.
• Prepare and input into forecasts, performance reports, monitoring key business metrics, quality and audience insights.
• Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results.

Qualifications:

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment directly supporting sales teams in roles such as field marketing, partner marketing, campaign management or performance management
• Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs at scale.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
• Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Affiliate team. Based in Singapore the Senior Account Manager is an integral position within GroupM’s Affiliate team, working for some of the largest global brands helping them to drive successful partnerships & campaigns in the Korean market. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Affiliate Director from both an operational and strategic stand point. Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Account Management:

• Act as the Korean Account Manager on multiple blue-chip clients within GroupM regional Affiliate Marketing team.
• Manage the day-to-day workflow, acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.

Partner Management & Development:

Campaign Execution & Optimisation:

• Plan, execute, and optimise of affiliate marketing campaigns across various partners.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns are delivering against client objectives and budget.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, implementing corrective actions to maximise results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the platform.
• Recruit and onboard new publisher partners, expand our network, identify strategic partnerships. to grow the business and increase efficiency for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing publisher partners, providing ongoing support and optimising partnerships for mutual growth.
• Negotiate favourable partnership deals and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Have an analytical approach whilst working on reporting and performance metrics to draw insight and make strategic recommendations to clients to optimise their affiliate program.
• Prepare regular client reports, including performance summaries, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Utilise data visualisation tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience with a preference for 3 of these years to be in an affiliate marketing focused role or a client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate / partnership marketing and the best practice on how affiliate programs are managed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and senior clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Some familiarity with reporting platforms (affiliate networks/tools) and how they are used to manage campaign performance.
