About You

• At least 5 years of banking regulatory or external audit experience in a big 4 audit firm, regulator or financial institution. Previous employment with regulator(s) will be highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the banks/payments/Fintech companies (remittance, merchant acquisition, money-changing etc.) landscape.
• Experience in local MAS regulatory requirements preferred. This includes Banking Act, Payments Act, Individual Accountability and Conduct, Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, amongst others.

Job Summary

The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the critical operational functions of the hospital, including linen and laundry services, food services, bed management, claims management, and project management. • Evaluate and negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness securing optimal terms for the hospital.

11. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and develop staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

12. Budgeting and Financial Management

• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures to maintain financial stability.

We are recruiting for a Portfolio Manager role for a new launch next year. The new fund invests in private equity companies primarily in South East Asia, mainly focus in pharmaceutical industry.

The Portfolio Manager will take the leading role in conducting strategy and market research, developing investment recommendations, negotiating terms and executing fund investments.
