Due diligence on borrowers

• Due diligence on prospective clients before taking up the proposals on board and at time of review which includes obtaining ACRA, D&B, status reports from banks, statements of accounts with existing banks and market reports. Checking the names with RBI defaulters list and litigations etc. against the company / directors /shareholders.
• Ensure necessary CDD / AML & CFT measures are in place in relation with promoter’s background and business, including any adverse media reports.

· Carry out credit rating of the customer as per internal rating model. The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Responsible for providing administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RM) within the front office function servicing Private Banking clients.

Responsbilities:

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts

Position title : Hotel Maintenance

Location: Bugis

Working days : 6 days ; 8 hours/day

Salary : $2500- $3000 (depend on experience)

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure guest rooms are well-maintained, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance problems.
• Respond to emergency repair needs (e.g., burst pipes, electrical outages, power trip, water heater malfunction,promptly.
• Maintain the hotel’s exterior, including landscaping, parking lots, and outdoor lighting.
• Ensure all safety and security systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lights, are functioning.
• Work closely with housekeeping and management to address and resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance .
