Our Financial Services Transaction Diligence team aims to assist clients throughout the entire transaction process, and works closely with other specialists across EY. BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls.
