• Lead team by providing guidance, support and motivation

• Train and develop assistant managers, service, kitchen and kaiten staff

• Carry out team management activities, including and not limited to appraisals, handling disciplinary issues and holding communication sessions in conjunction with immediate supervisor

• Carry out team management conversation with team members, including and not limited to doing appraisals and personal improvement plans in conjunction with immediate supervisor

1. To produce shop and installation drawing

2. To select and procure equipment and material

3. To provide technical solution for site installation work

4. To supply labour to carry out the actual installation work of the whole air-con ducting system

5. To perform Testing and Commissioning of the completed system

6. To handover the completed system to client

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
• Lead a team of project staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• shall be qualified, competent and experienced with tertiary qualification in construction, recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or Building and Construction Authority.and with experience managing and co-ordinating large-scale projects effectively, and with experience performing as a Project Manager role for industrial and/or large-scale developments.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
• Mandrian speaking is esstional knowledge due to coordinate with Chinese investor and owner.

Fully accountable for rig activation, safety of people and management of rig assets in accordance with company's core processes and performance standards.

• Management of rig activation, costs and personnel to meet the Company’s business objectives
• Anticipate, quickly troubleshoot and resolve operational, equipment issues
• Proper planning of reactivation is carried out to meet operational requirement
• Within the range set out by the company, ensure that an adequate level of inventory and consumables is maintained and the emergency repair of safety and operations critical equipment
• In coordination with team, ensure that supervision, direction and training is provided including compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• Plan and supervise rig moves including rig up / down procedures
• Drive adherence to Company policies, guidelines and work requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT systems, including ERP, HR, and logistics platforms.

• Deliver asset management, cybersecurity awareness training, and outsourced infrastructure management.
• Provide support for server and Office 365 management, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft 365 Business Central, and HRMS (Bipo) and TMS platforms.
• Proven experience in managing vendors and stakeholders, ensuring effective IT service delivery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical solutions clearly to both internal and external parties.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions to increase productivity is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure and operations.
• Extensive experience managing and monitoring IT operations with the support of outsourced vendors.
