• Develop strategies to increase the customer base, boost store traffic, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure high-quality visual merchandising aligns with company standards and guidelines.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Sales Associates on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Manage store administration and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor, with at least 4 years in the retail industry (preferably in Fashion, Sports, or Apparel).
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including retail hours, shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Motivated to excel in a competitive market environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Highly driven and willing to take a hands-on approach when needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
• Available to start on short notice.
