Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR & Admin team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution, to promote a harmonious workplace.
• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, as well as learning and development programs.
  
  Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably from contruction or Shipyard/ Marine offshore Industry
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Engergic, Hands-on manager who can implement changes
• Able to consider Assistant Manager profiles who wishes to move up to Manager level
