As a FECOS Inventory Control – Probe/PC at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS Probe team and PC (Production Control) team. · Ensure alignment of WW Production Operations to close gaps to benchmark in cycle time. Work in close partnership with MFG sites and supply chain to install correct countermeasures and insure their continuity into the future.

· Develop and track metrics regarding Fab Production Operations performance. Ensure plans are in place to drive key factory metrics to industry-leading performance.

· Work with business partners to ensure best talent is mobilized to business-critical deliverables.

Tactical Leadership

· Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to business. Establish structure for subordinate manager to conduct such reviews within their teams. Ensure that such reviews are aligned and effective.

· Establish weekly projection plans and step goals and monitor probe/NPW performance to control variance of plan.

· Responsible to establish governance on best known methodologies and practices to be applied across the Front End network.

· Provide monthly one-on-one sessions to review progress to the and adjust training and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of strong monthly subscriptions in unit trust or mutual funds.
• Experience in dealing with accredited investors.
• Prior experience as an investment banker, priority banker, or senior relationship manager.

Sport Programme Manager (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem)

Industry: Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies.
Working days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 930am - 6pm (On standby to acknowledge messages after working hours when necessary)

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults.
• Conduct regular venue visits/audits
• Content creation for festive/thematic activities
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders
• Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
• Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
• Generate monthly report for stakeholders
• Responsible for acknowledging messages in the HWE (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem) Facil group chat, triggering BAP cancellations and informing HPB after working hours.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution are welcome.
• To possess at least two to three years of relevant working experience
