Responsibilities:

Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with Summary of Procedure (SOPs).
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.
• Perform closing and re-opening of project codes timely as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform checks on master data, flagging exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organised and maintained.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly management reports to research and supporting entities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors in accountancy or finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• The ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial research to design, user acceptance testing, launch, and iterative enhancements.
• Responsible for the product development of the customer-facing ride-hailing products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers to provide daily operational network technical support
• Manage network-related projects from initiation to implementation as well as getting project signoffs from Customer’s stakeholders for project closure
• Manage Customer’s stakeholders (Tech Ops, Enterprise Architects, Cybersecurity, PMO, Procurement, Legal), internal stakeholders and external vendors and/or service providers
• Ensure full compliance with SLAs, IT policies and audit requirements, and provide support to all audit activities
• Provide cross-functional support to other business units whenever a need arises
• Oversee all aspects of network service delivery including but not limited to maintenance of network design, architecture and security, network device/service availability, configuration, capacity, patch management and problem management, technology refresh etc.
• Manage the following technologies:

Cisco routing and switching

Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ISE

Zscaler

Firewall – Palo Alto

Cisco Wireless

• Act as escalation point and lead on any network-related incident triage call together with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors/service providers
• Participate in planning, design, preparation, and network implementation for supporting Customer’s major events
• Work closely with third party vendor, Customer’s Business Owner, Technology Directors, Enterprise Architects to provide technical support in Customer’s POC initiatives

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Singapore
• Degree holder
• 13 years of experience in managing network operations including stakeholder management
• Experience in previous roles of similar capacity in a client-servicing environment, handling enterprise network routing, switching and wireless technology
• Proficient in Cisco SD-WAN/ISE
• Proficient in Palo Alto
