Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technician (Building Maintenance) located in River Valley Road. Our clients are pioneer companies that played an integral role in the country’s physical and economic transformation.

You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll conduct routine inspections of fixtures, fittings, cooling towers, and chillers, and supervise contractors during repairs and testing. • Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
