The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

What will you do?
Involve in and not limited to:
Maintenance and Calibration Project, Improvement in process reliability, Equipment troubleshooting, Qualification of new equipment, SOP amendment due to periodic review/CAPA and Continuous improvement Programme.
What will you learn?
You will be expose to but not limited to:
- The different type of equipment that are used for Vaccines manufacturing.
- How the equipment functions and the impact of each equipment have on the production system.
- Liaising with external contractors and vendors for equipment issues and projects.
- Liaising with above site (GSK sister plant outside Tuas) for sharing issue or requesting for support.
- Working closely with quality and production department on understanding problems that are contributed by process equipment.
- Understanding and using the different type of modules in SAP for routine and ad-hoc activities.
- Deeper understanding the requirements of a Vaccines site on producing vaccines.
