Job Scope:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
2. Develop comprehensive project plans for solar energy systems , outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met
4. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.
5. Stakeholder Management:
6. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment with project requirements for both solar and EV infrastructure projects.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular project updates.
8. Budget and Resource Management:
9. Prepare and manage project budgets for solar, forecasts, and expenditures.
10. Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources to support project activities for both solar and EV infrastructure projects.
11. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource utilization strategies.
12. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
13. Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications for both solar and EV infrastructure projects.
14. Monitor regulatory compliance and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.
15. Risk Management:

a. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.

Transport Manager / Logistics Manager

Location: Penjuru Lane

Salary: $5,500 - $6,500

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities

Transport Team, Drivers, and Supply Team Management & Development

• Lead and manage the transport team, drivers, and supply team, promoting a positive work environment and high performance.
• Develop a staff performance matrix to set performance expectations and goals and conduct regular reviews, provide training to improve skills and ensure adherence to operating procedure, safety, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular department meeting with Transport planner, Drivers, and Supply team to understand challenges face and resolve them
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed to support operational need

Fleet and Route Management:

• Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and routing of the transportation fleet to optimize delivery times and reduce fuel costs and maintain fuel consumption and CO2 emissions record
• Monitor fleet utilization and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency.
• Analyse routes and delivery patterns to identify issue and opportunities for planning improvement.
• To oversee the local and cross border deployment.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, including vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and driver and supply assistant hours, working with relevant team to align process.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to reduce accidents and ensure driver and supply team well-being.
• Conduct regular safety audits and site visit to develop training plan and inspections provide training on best practices, and address any non-compliance issues.
• Manage and handle operational incident and reporting process to provide preventive action and implementing the action proposed.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

• Manage the transportation budget, focusing on cost control and efficient use of resources.
• Track and report on transportation expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and labour costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

Customer Service & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any delivery issues and ensure transport team met customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with customer service manager on escalated customer inquiries regarding transportation and delivery.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish KPIs on the all above for transport operations, including delivery times, on-time performance, fuel efficiency and staffs performance.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, preparing regular reports to top management on the progress, performance with mitigation and improvement plan
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive better results.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or a similar role, with proven experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, route optimization, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in transportation management software (e.g., HMS, TMS, GPS tracking) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Scope of work:

1. Clearing of paper, card, passbook, and cash jams;
2. Replenishing nearly depleted paper and other consumables such as receipt printer paper and printer ribbons;
3. Basic remedial maintenance, which consists of servicing obvious items that will prevent a repeat or subsequent FLM call;
4. General cleaning of the ATM, ATM+, BTM and CDM exterior, display screen, fascia and immediate surrounding area while on-site for the provision of other FLM services;
5. Reporting site problems such as lighting, facility or environmental conditions to Customer;
6. Initial on-site investigation of network related incidents;
7. Provide SST safe / vault access to SLM if required;
8. Suspend call for SLM when required (i.e., issue beyond FLM such as parts replacement);
9. Report vandalism incidents to relevant parties based on established process;
10. Retrieval of retained passbooks and cards when on-site for a remedial call;
11. Ad-hoc special attendance to site to collect captured cards or passbooks;
12. Escalation of vandalism to Customer
13. FLM is required to perform OT maximum 2 hours when required by customer
