Description:

• Must have experience managing a team of 5 or more technicians
• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs various types and brand of all types of residential & commercial air conditioners.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers’ residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Electrical & Electronics Engineering related
• Must have experience in aircon servicing

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required

In this role, your responsibility will be to maintain our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition to provide a comfortable and conducive living environment for our international students.

Responsibilities and competencies:

1. Communication and Customer Services Excellences: Able to communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance requests, and deliver timely solution.
2. Time Management: Able to deliver timely maintenance service on resident requests, multitask completion of several requests on daily basis, by applying Time management skills.
3. Problem Solving: Able to identify, resolve maintenance issues efficiently, and seek creative solutions for complex problems.
4. Report Preparation and Presentation: Able to prepare quality inspection reports and present findings and recommendations to the Facilities Maintenance Executive to facilitate decision-making, and maintenance budgeting.
