As a Mechanical Corrective Mechanical Maintenance (CM) Planner, you will provide reactive planning for CM activities in Shell Jurong Island (SJI). i.e., developing efficient work plans (tasks, sequences, parts/materials, craft/manpower and resources) for corrective maintenance plans in.

As a Mechanical Corrective Maintenance Planner, you will perform the following:

• Coordinate and engage Operations/ Operation Maintenance Coordinator (OMCs) to ensure all job request are clear and concise and maintenance work orders are prioritized and challenged.
• Assist in budget planning based on past years cost trending. Plan, track, and cost accuracy, and

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to complaints/reporting of breakdown of services within the hotel premises
• Diagnostic testing and inspection for all electrical and mechanical equipment, sanitary and plumbing system and arrangement of faulty items for repair work
• Diagnostic testing and inspection of air-conditioning system
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years working experience, preferably with relevant hands-on experience in building related or hospitality industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide operational and maintenance support for Satellite Broadcast Service.
• Knowledge of Satellite Transmission (i.e. Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA)/BUC, Satellite modulator, Integrated Receiver Decoders (IRDs) or Satellite Headend (i.e. Video Encoder, Multiplexer)
• Perform equipment/system configurations, Video switching, IP routing and monitoring of Radio Frequency (RF) & Video signals for Broadcast production and operation.
• Perform Satellite uplink and downlink configurations.
• Perform RF equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform Broadcast equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform IP broadcast network configurations and maintenance.
• Ability to understand technical issues and to provide periodic/planned preventive & corrective maintenance.

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related work experience in Satellite Communications or Broadcast Engineering.
• 3 year(s) work related experience in Satellite Transmission or relevant field
• Knowledge or skill experiences in either Satellite Communication and/or Broadcast Engineering
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to perform under work pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure Glory meets all contracted obligations, response times, repair times, Preventive Maintenance, minimise repeat call
• Get involved with day to day Repair activities when the workload suggests an SLA breach
• Support both domestics and regional customers’ repairs

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year of working experience with communication protocols including RF and TCP/IP
• Candidate without the required academic qualifications but with at least 4 years of experience are welcome to apply

• Possess good learning attitude as extensive training will be provided to equip candidate with the necessary Broadcast Engineering knowledge and skills

Job Description:

• Ensure Automated Sorting Machine’s (ASM) reliability during operating hours
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of ASM on site
• Work with machine vendor to draft out preventive maintenance task lists (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) in order to maximise the ASM operation life
• Read and Interpret maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to perform required maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting
• Work with machine vendors to perform emergency maintenance on machine and avoid unplanned downtime
• Develop Training Materials for ASM operations and centreline to ensure machine reliability

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in electronic maintenance and repair work on belt, conveyor and pulley systems
• Required to work on rotating shift (day/night) to support 24/7 operations
• Willing to learn and ensure the machine is always ready for usage
• Able to troubleshoot machine problems and document them down for learning
• Willing to learn, take equipment ownership and be involved in ensuring machine reliability
• Solve equipment / system problem(s) through recognized methodologies like root cause analysis

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1) Responsible for conducting field (on-site) audit on outdoor cleansing activities, including safety compliance, to ensure that quality service is consistently maintained;

2) Responsible for investigating Defect Notices and propose corrective actions to Operations Executive to prevent recurrence of similar complaints;

3) Responsible to reducing recurrence lapses through continuous improvement of work methodology e.g. case studies, min 2 projects a year

4) Perform compliance audit to ensure the operation sites and company leased residential units are complying to the regulatory requirements and/or contractual obligations.

5) Participate in the deployment of special projects such as pandemic disinfection and chemical spillage post clean-up cleaning

6) Conduct QEHS briefing, with relevant multimedia content, on site to ensure worker competencies are met, to conduct monthly

7) Conduct QEHS Inspections on site to ensure compliances to in-house and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Advance Certificate / Higher Nitec or equivalent education

• Must possess driving license class 2B and motorcycle

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Able to prepare simple reports)

• Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors

• Required to do night audit periodically

• Require to be on standby for ad-hoc activation for special cleaning job

• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently
