Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1) Responsible for conducting field (on-site) audit on outdoor cleansing activities, including safety compliance, to ensure that quality service is consistently maintained;

About The Role

What We Need From You

· Managing in-house technicians, outsourced service partners and contractors, providing supervision and monitoring their performance

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building Services or equivalent

· Possess at least 5 years’ experience in M&E / Facilities project support or management

· Strong written and communication skills

· Experienced in managing external contractors

Preventive Maintenance Technician- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain food production equipment- Execute emergency breakdown protocols- Assist in resolving downtime issues- Clean equipment and maintain equipment hygiene requirements for production use, after installation and/or repairs- Collate and coordinate maintenance work, at times need to work with contractor- Comply with cleanliness and safety regulations while setting up and maintaining food manufacturing equipment- Able to perform ad-hoc duty when require- Basic electrical and refrigerator knowledge- Prepare maintenance reports/records in relation to the work assignedRequirements- Minimum 1 Year of experience in maintenance work and engineering field, preferable in food manufacturing- “O” leave / NTC3 or NITEC in Mechanical Enginnering- Able to performance Shift- Willing to learn new skills- Positive work attitude

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.
2. Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals
4. Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS
5. Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance
7. Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.
8. Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.
9. Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.
10. Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.
11. Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

1. Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent
2. Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
3. HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment
4. Strong communication and analytical skills.

We are inviting applicants for the positions of Technical Officer (Electrical) who shall report to the Senior Engineer/ Engineer/ (Electrical Maintenance) and be responsible for supporting him in the maintenance of Electrical systems of the power station/plants. The Technical Officer shall support Electrical team in the following:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proper maintenance of gas turbine, generator and auxiliary systems as assigned by Head or Engineers in-charge
• Perform troubleshooting, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure plant equipment and systems run smoothly and efficiently
• Identify, plan and initiate required actions to maintain the power plants for long term reliability and efficient generation output
• Prepare technical specifications for equipment services, contract labour and ad-hoc maintenance services. Supervise and report performance of contractors to ensure good quality and progress of maintenance works, as well as full compliance with contract specifications
• Liaise, supervise, and coordinate with contractors and vendors on projects, maintenance, repair, shut down, and overhaul works
• Support operation and maintenance engineers in investigation, analyse and determine the root cause of plant defects and outages
• Maintain and control all records as required
• Assist in the preparation, certification and review of all management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 50001 annually and provide support to the auditing parties wherever necessary, including internal & external auditors, to rectify non compliances and/or to follow up on improvement items identified during audit
• Support engineers in managing maintenance contracts and inspections, testing and commissioning of new equipment
• Monitor ad-hoc plant projects/tasks to ensure on time delivery
• Perform work orders allocated by Department Heads and/or Engineers

Requirements:

• Education in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ Electrical maintenance experience in a power plant or related industry
• Willing to work overtime
• Self-driven with good working attitude and possess keen learning disposition
• Proven attendance record and works well in a team
• Work location is in Jurong Island (Transport to and from Jurong East MRT are provided)
