Responsibilities:-

• Provides responsible service, repair and installation services to our customers in a professional manner
• Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain product in optimum operating condition
• Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
• Perform testing and inspection on finished goods for quality issues and perform corrective actions
• Provide assistance and technical service requests to and by project clients
• Other duties as assigned by Technical Director and/or management
• Manage KDK quality claims
• Achieve department KPI

Requirements:-

1. Possess a valid Electrical Technician License.
2. Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
3. Possess Class 3 driving license
4. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
5. Experience in Electrical / Refrigeration trouble shooting is advantageous.

• Provide job training to the workforce including MSRA as necessary.
• Arrange site check, dimension measurement, etc. to assist the engineer on improvement and investment plan works
• Assist manpower to storekeeper on preservation of stock items and inventory check

Job Description:

Failure Analysis:

• Systematically investigate and determine the root causes and factors that contribute to the failure or malfunction of a product, system, or component
• Examining the various aspects such as design, materials, manufacturing processes, environmental conditions, and operational factors to understand why a failure occurred
• Provide comprehensive Failure Analysis during development NPI process
• Work with various functional teams for root cause identification, simulation, and solutions

Debugging Function:

• Support daily operation to repair and troubleshooting of equipment related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on a timely basis.
• Work with engineering on the new processes, process control plan, and qualify the new equipment/process for new product introduction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in production operations (hands-on work)

• Able to work at least 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday
• Overtime is available, subject to operational needs and demands

Basically, your duties as a Maintenance & Electrical Supervisor are as follows:

a. Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the operation, maintenance, repair and implement improvement works to all M&E and Building service and refrigeration systems, including renovation and maintenance works.

b. Prepare and ensure schedules such as Maintenance Schedule, Repair Work Schedule and M&E Equipment Operation Schedule, and deadlines for events and installations works are met accordingly.

c. Carry out daily inspections and tests of mechanical and electrical equipments/ Plant/ BAS ACMV System:

· Check daily operation and implement periodic preventive maintenance programme

· Evaluate breakdown cause and provide temporary solution/s for (further) repair/ replacement works

· Oversee contractor’s work

d. Carry out research, design and advised on mechanically functioning plant and equipment such as machine tools, engines, heating, ventilating and refrigerating installations.

e. Prepare and generate the following reports:

· Consumable reports

· Utilities reports

· Expenditure reports

· Revenue reports

f. Provide technical advice to subordinates.

g. Study labour requirement, estimate cost of installations, operations, maintenance and repair.

h. Procurement of quotations and parts for repair/ replacement/ new installation works; check bill of quality and evaluate cost of quotation.

i. Co-ordination with contractors for renovation and new installation works, scope of works and quotation.

j. Plan and supervise construction installation, operation, maintenance and repair.

k. Check completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

l. Anaylze situation and introduce improvement works, repair and rectification works to department store.

m. Compile and vet M&E drawings for renovations to ensure it complies to all M&E
