Assistant Officer (Maintenance Part Sales Department)

Working Days: 5 days (8am - 6pm)

Office Location: Toh Guan Road, Jurong East

Salary: $2500-$3200

other benefits: flex benefits $100-$300/year + transport allowance $50-$120/month + will state exact amount of confirmation increment $50 - $200

Requirements:

• Basic administrative skills
• Experience in negotiation with external customers / sales / customer service / analyzing data

Job Scope:

1. Make estimates for maintenance parts sales.
2. Prepare necessary quotations and negotiate with customers.
3. Update and monitor progress of sales status
4. Prepare necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works.
5. Issue job instructions and other relevant documents for the works.
6. Assist in developing and maintaining software for sales work.
7. Co-ordinate with other departments on matters relating to works.
8. Report to superior on all matters relating to the section.
9. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.
10. Keep proper records and filling of works carried out.
11. Ensure all data and information are kept in confidentiality.
12. Ensure compliance to the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.
