• To ensure there’s enough quantities of spare parts and equipment by preparing and reviewing the spare parts list and inventory control date
• To use CMMS TMQ-W to optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively
• To ensure all service used Service used equipment’s and components are ready to use at all time.
• To analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
• To manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
• To develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.

Senior Maintenance Manager

Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri), 8 am to 4.30 pm.

Responsibilities：

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals.
• Ensuring that the relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance and modifications in the plant to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment of the highest level.
• Ensures all plant and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety for work to avoid lost time accidents, with immediate response and thorough investigations and corrective actions for all hazardous occurrences and accidents.
• Ensure all Mechanical and E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System, and best industry maintenance practices.

• Oversee all facilities planning and operations/functions including the maintenance, modification control of equipment, space allocation, move and construction.
• Works with counterparts in parent and subsidiary companies on technology transfers to raise maintenance performance standards.

• Approval of all work requests for equipment maintenance and modifications related to improvements and safety of process and plant.
