• Ensure all activities are complying with SOP, ISO, GMP/GDP and FDA.

• Coordinate and participate in maintenance functions of all manufacturing equipment and ensure that they are all on good conditions. Schedule and perform all chemicals mixing activities and accountable for chemical mixing quality.
• Coordinate with calibration team for calibrate the measurement tool with need/required for on schedule calibration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering related
• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections of APU using borescope inspection and confirm the serial number and modification standards of individual LRUs
• Perform disassembly of APUs in accordance with engineering workscope and customer requirements
• Perform chemical cleaning and grid blasting of disassembled hardware to ensure the parts are ready for the following processes
• Perform TPM management of inspection tool/gauge/equipment calibration.
• Perform 5S and housekeeping duties
• Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
