Requirements:

• Must be familiar with construction sequence drawing and shop drawing with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Diploma ,M&E Engineering or equivalent
• Good familiarity with Autocad programs
• Good communication skills
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project related changes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis for production fallouts.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of machine/equipment/tool/jig
• Validates & maintains test equipment in good condition by performing periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Assist Test Engineer on test equipment and set-up for NPI (New Project Introduction)
• Ensure compliance to the quality standards, company guidelines & procedures are adhered to whilst providing necessary support to production.
• Compile Test Yield Report.
• Constantly looking into better test efficiencies to improve the test yield.
• Perform rework and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (through hole and SMT parts) according to IPC standards.
• Feedback unusual high fallout to Test Engineer.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

AUTHORITY

• Maintain minimum debug WIP through test yield improvements & resource management.

General Duties:

• Carry out process operation.
• Carry out plant area patrols to ensure orderliness during shift.
• Regularly monitor the process, DCS and other systems relating to process.
• Check and ensure that the documentations are recorded properly; to inform superiors when there are any deviation, missing data or wrong data records.
• Ensure that the operations are in compliance with SOP, Quality and EHS requirements.
• Carry out house daily housekeeping and ensuring 5S score above 4.
• Ensure all routine work are carried out as per instructions.
• Continual learning and upgrading through internal and external training.
• Participate in company activities (TPM, KYT, Near Miss, Kaizen and more)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least NITEC in Chemical related courses
• Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude
• Must be able to perform 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical process plant will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of Building General M&E, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems (CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, Scrubber, etc.).
• Lead and manage a team of shift leads and technicians to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinate with relevant teams, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation
• Supervises technical shift team who support the site on a 24 x 7 basis
• Responsible for ensuring shift coverage and delivery of planned and preventative maintenance works

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Building General M&E, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems
