Responsibilities:

Project Management

Facilities Management

• Source, procure and manage all maintenance services and vendors.

Requirements

POSITION GOALS:

Primary responsibility is to check day to day efficient operations and maintenance of all building systems, including going through daily checklist for the site.
Responsible for the supervision of the 3rd party vendor. He will report to the Assistant Manager for any conditions affecting building services and tenant comfort. The specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to tenant services and technical proficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES:

Education - Minimum of a high school education, 2 years in trades or equivalent. ACMV and electrical engineering background will be preferred.
