Objectives of this position: The objective of the position is to support daily facilities & warehouse operations within our offices in Asia
What will you do?
The holder of this position is mainly responsible for the following areas
• Manage and maintain full spectrum of office administrative and facilities service
• Identify improvements to operations process and cost to drive efficiencies
• Align and maintain the administrative standard cross different premises
• Key point of contact with Building Management, the Landlords, and contractors
• Vendor management, involved in price and contract negotiations, review of facility related contracts
• Review and check against quotation and invoices, ensuring accuracy is in place
• Provide daily office facilities support, including but not limited to, equipment maintenance and office supplies control
• Coordination for renovation and relocation project with property agencies, landlord and contractors across various Asian countries
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned
What will you need?
• 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management with regional experience
• Experience in Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and Pakistan is desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent with detailed mind and hands on attitude
• Adaptable, proactive, and well-organised
