Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role. Experience in managing Clean Room, commercial or industrial facilities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Daily operation and maintenance meetings to support both operation and maintenance activities by keeping status updated with plan.
• Coordinates all maintenance activities including safe permit issuance, lockout-tagout preparation, GSAP approval, and supporting relevant parties to effectively complete the maintenance works as needed.
• Actively prepare equipment from maintenance phase to commissioning of equipment to ensure the completed jobs function well.
• Supports Capital Project/MOC activities in view of blanking, isolation, LOTO and flushing plans are followed to ensure safe handling

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee general day-to-day management & operational of the business
• Responsible for sales target and KPIs include overall cost, i.e. food cost and labour cost

Job Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installations, fixtures, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and operational.
• Minor Repairs: Perform minor building, mechanical, and electrical repair works such as changing light bulbs, fixing locks, and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Service Request Management: Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigating and resolving service breakdowns or equipment faults.
• Facility Inspections: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of key facilities and critical systems to identify any issues.
• Contractor Supervision: Coordinate with and supervise contractors for building maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems (M&E), horticulture, cleaning, and pest control.
• Utility Monitoring: Monitor water and electricity consumption and report any anomalies.
• Safety and Emergency Management: Assist in fire safety management, emergency procedures, and business continuity planning.
• Venue Setup: Coordinate with AV and cleaning contractors for venue setup, including seating arrangements and equipment.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical/Electrical Services, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in building operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire alarm systems, and high/low voltage systems will be advantageous.
• Other: Additional certifications like Electrical Worker License, Green Mark Facilities Manager, or Certified Energy Manager will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
