Job Purpose
Manage Technical Repair, Maintenance and Small Project Business
- Good RCA (root cause analysis) capability
- To work closely with the other Mobile team members on technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Hands on to repair, maintenance or commissioning of mechanical and electrical system
- Small project management capability
- On-site coordination of project/facility works, monitoring of progress and work quality
- To ensure all works and site safety are strictly adhered to
- To respond to site emergency as and when required
- To support the maintenance of facilities and equipment at the project site, preventive maintenance, including but not limited to: Electrical, HVAC, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, building management system, builder works, kitchen equipment, etc
- To train site operational staff
- To cover duties for operation site personnel as and when necessary
- Manage, maintain and repair the building systems of client
- To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and engineering team members, and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner
- Be capable to use Maximo for maintenance scheduling and WO closure
- Monitor execution to ensure PPM 100% completed on time; Response and implement service request within required timeline
- Monitor site engineering service continuous improvement work tasks, alert or highlight issues found, and report upper management timely.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the superior
Safety
- Be safety expert of electrical and mechanical operation and maintenance. Follow safety process and effectively use PPE.
- Monitor, audit and provide training to site team regarding operation and maintenance safety rule on related business
