Requirements

• Understanding of Mechanical system design in Semiconductor industry including its associated equipment’s working principles (e.g. HVAC, exhaust systems, scrubbers, process cooling water, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, fans, etc) is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 Be responsible for the design and technical support of all hardware, software,

instrumentation and controls elements as part of an integrated system.

 Identify, create and support project documentation including, but not limited to HMI, PLC

programming, power distribution, control/signal wiring, wireless technology, cabinet/panel

design, BOM and layout drawings.

 Develop instrumentation specifications as related to process requirements and control

 Check and issue block diagrams, control/rack room layout, cable route, instrument

location plan, DCS, SIS, BMS systems loop drawings, instrument hook-up details, and

instrument sizing and calculation.

 Prepare and issue instrument data sheets for control valves, on-off valves, PCVs, MOVs,

PSVs, and other field instruments.

 Guide designers to prepare drawings.

 Coordinate requirements with other disciplines.

 Work with Project Managers and other team members.

Skills & Experiences required:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in system

controls, instrumentation and wiring.

 Wastewater, Chemical Processing and/or Oil & Gas systems experience is preferred.

 Experience designing PLC & control panels, PLC and HMI programming is required.

• Min O-Level or equivalent. Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
• Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SG driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology
• Open to learning
• Have handman work experience
• Basic command of English, spoken and written
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license is a must (vehicle provided)
• 6 days’ work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Technician
Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting, service and repair of dishwashers and related system.
• Perform on-site inspections and preventive maintenance services.
• Carry out equipment installation, testing and commissioning
• Attend to emergency breakdown on a round-the-clock basis
• Able to work on selected public holiday or weekend
• Able to work independently while remain a strong team player
• Carry out site visits and provide operator trainings to users
• Generate and compile job reports.
• Follow up with clients on repair jobs to be done.
• Work with computerised job allocation systems, including CRM
• Assist in parts ordering when necessary.

Requirements

• Min. Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 1 - 2 years of working experience, preferably in related field or industry
• Possess of Class 3 driving license.
