• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

• Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

• Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

• Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

• Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous

• HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Description

· Analyze project data, determine potential risks and challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

· Provide project control support to Manager to successfully plan and execute assigned projects.

· Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions.

· Determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency.

· Determine project forecasts and accruals and monitor cash flow projections.

· Work with Manager in developing project plan, schedule and budget.

· Oversee change order management and implement change requests in a timely manner.

· Monitor project progress to identify and correct delays or deviations.

· Monitor project status on regular basis and develop status reports to management.

· Advice Managers on project controls practices and procedures.

· Work independently or in a team to perform daily work assigned by Site/Construction Manager.

· Maintain positive working relationships with management, project team and customers.

· Develop and manage construction schedule for project

· Collaborate with other disciplines to collate/provide scheduling data — subcontract change requests, bid comparisons, new work item estimates and resolution of potential schedule/work problems

· Interface and work closely with clients, project team and sub-contractors to ensure required progress

· Prepare cost estimations and detailed man-hour calculations

· Monitor and record work delay/progress and prepare scheduling reports

· Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern to project management

Requirements

· Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

· Experienced Primavera P6 user with minimum 1years of project planning experience using P6Experience

· Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and able to work at site environment
