The Responsibles of Microbiologist are:

• Execute microbiological tests following established SOPs, aligned with relevant standards and regulatory mandates.
• Provide supervision to QC Technicians, guiding them through microbiological testing processes.
• Maintain a ready supply of lab materials to facilitate uninterrupted testing.
• Lead laboratory investigations for out-of-specification results and environmental monitoring findings. Collaborate with process owners to determine root causes and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Ensure proper validation of equipment and testing methods to sustain accuracy.
• Offer support in aseptic processes and validation activities associated with sterilization.
• Update SOPs to align with evolving standards and regulatory requisites.
• Facilitate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory inspections.
• Innovate and automate testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee and guide the production and engineering teams to maintain high hygiene standards and avert microbial contamination.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Life Science or related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Micro Lab
• Experience with ISO 13485 is an added advantage

• Manage maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for utility systems, including boilers, compressors, chillers, dryers, cooling towers, and air conditioning units.
• Work with Professional Engineers for the servicing and overhaul of utility equipment.
• Organize audits for periodic inspections of buildings and facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in engineering field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance

• Assist the superior in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities.
• Supervise Security, Cleaners, and Technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform day-to-day installation, maintenance, repair and give support to property operations.
• Inspect all essential equipment of the building.
• Ensure that monthly preventive maintenance is carried out as per planned schedule.
• Perform hands-on repair work and basic installation, when required.
• Ensure that all facilities (air-con, electrical, fire alarm, sanitary, security, lifts, etc.) are in proper working order.
• Lead a team of technicians to maintain and repair facilities and equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing facilities and equipment.
• In charge for facilities equipment and maintenance of compressor & exhaust system, HVAC, ACMV
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
• Performed process control checks where applicable.
• Participated in preventive maintenance & calibration checks for production and measuring equipment as scheduled
• Utility setup and equipment move-in, move out document submission.
• Participate in the planning and execution of facility expansion or improvement projects.

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV and HVAC.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
