2.0 Basic Job Purpose 基本工作目的
2.1 Responsible for the daily operation of the Plant, inclusive of production, maintenance, Inventory Control, Quality and Safety.
负责工厂的日常运营，包括生产、维护、库存控制、质量和安全。
3.0 Duties and Responsibilities 职责和责任
3.1 Production
· Perform filling for vessels such as Cylinders, Pallets and Tube Trailers.
· Conduct all necessary work (Inspection, Vacuuming, Venting, etc) before and after filling.
· Accurately update filling records and production reports.
3.1 生产
• 对容器（如气瓶、托盘和管道拖车）进行填充。
• 在填充前后进行所有必要的工作（检查、抽真空、放气等）。
• 准确更新填充记录和生产报告。
3.2 Maintenance
· Perform corrective & preventive maintenance of equipment within the Plant.
· Work with management team to implement preventive maintenance and schedule calibration of plant equipment.
3.2 维护
• 对工厂内设备进行纠正性和预防性维护。
• 与管理团队合作，实施预防性维护和计划校准工厂设备。
3.3 Inventory Control
· Manage raw material stock to ensure optimum stock for operation and meet customer demand. To trigger resupply If level is low.
· Prepare and generate inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
3.3 库存控制
• 管理原材料库存，确保运营的最佳库存并满足客户需求。如果库存水平低，触发补货。
• 准备并生成库存报告，以确保库存准确性。
3.4 Quality
· To conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials as well as outgoing products to ensure quality compliance.
· Able to handle analysis tools or equipment such as GCs or Analyzers.
· Create and update documentation (WIs, SOPs etc.) for plant operations in accordance to company policies and standards.
3.4 质量
• 对进货原材料和出货产品进行质量检查，以确保符合质量标准。
• 能够操作分析工具或设备，如气相色谱仪或分析仪。
• 根据公司政策和标准，创建和更新工厂运营的文件（工作指导书、标准操作程序等）。
3.5 Safety
· Able to adhere to company safety policies and standards i.e. wearing of PPE, Company Safety rules and regulations etc.
3.3 Able to perform duty on weekends and public holidays as and when required.
3.4 Perform other projects and duties assigned by management team.

4.0 Qualifications and Skills 资格和技能
4.1 Minimum Higher NITEC education in Chemical Process Technology or its equivalent in science discipline.
4.2 At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
4.3 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4.4 Able to read and interpret technical drawings i.e. PNID and Manuals.
4.1 具备化学工艺技术高级NITEC或相关科学学科的同等学历。
4.2 至少1-2年相关经验。欢迎应届毕业生申请。
