Audio-Visual and Information & Communication Technology
• Manage Audio Visual equipment during all major school events
• Set up, test and operate sound/light/Audio Visual systems during
school events (e.g. meetings, assemblies, sports day, speech day)
• Maintain inventory and loan records of Audio Visual and Inforcomm
Technology equipment examples: Projectors, Visualizers, Swivel,
cables, sound systems etc
• Provide consultation to Head of department/ ICT and Subject
Head/ICT on the Audio Visual needs of the school.
• Manage Audio Visual equipment in classrooms and all other special
rooms and monitor the equipment usage and carry out maintenance
on yearly basis.
• Coordinate with vendors on repair services
• Manage the loan and condemnation of Audio Visual and Information
Technology Equipments and accessories
• Collaborate and support teachers to effectively utilize the Digital
signage and AV system for school-wide communication
Other duties:
• Train the CCA Information Technology Club students to operate the
Public Address System equipment/service during assembly and
school events
• Prepare CD players and batteries for school and national
examinations (e.g. Listening Comprehension, Oral)
• Burning of CDs for examination and school events
• Assist in taking photographs and recording videos for school events,
and ah-hoc activities
• Convert video tapes programmes to CDs
• Assist in the troubleshooting of simple Audio Visual /Information &
Communication Technology issues
