We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-oriented Material Handling Sales & Leasing Executive to join our team. As a Sales & Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for securing leads and selling different models of forklifts. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions, and achieve trade-in and hire-purchase support from closed deals.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for securing contracts for leasing and rental of Material Handling Equipments mainly forklifts .
Source for new leasing/rental opportunities by outdoor visit or cold call.
Engage with customers, conduct test drives/ demonstration session, and effectively showcase product features.
Close deals by employing persuasive sales techniques.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
Address and resolve customer issues, coordinating with the Aftersales team and debt recovery when necessary.
Perform pre-delivery inspections and arrange for necessary vehicle rectifications.
Prepare registration files and submit them to Sales Admin for registration.
Conduct deliveries to customers.
Monitor costs, competition and market demand
Submit daily sales reports.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level and above education
Class 3 driving license and own car.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Basic + Transport Allowance + High Commission + Incentive
