Be flexible and take on operations and facilities management projects when procurement projects are not underway. Brief scope of facilities management is provided as below

• On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises
• Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
• Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
• Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
• Ensure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained
• Ensure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained
• Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place
• Has a customer service oriented attitude
• Conduct instructional briefings on inspection of premises to appointed contractor
• Prepare budgets for services under Workplace and Soft services
• Track and ensure timely work execution by appointed contractor to housekeep/maintain meeting rooms, social hubs and in-door plants
• Liaise with Building Landlord pertaining to any building maintenance and security matters

The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas or power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

1. Work as owner’s engineer to lead the electrical team for project implementation at site.
2. Proactive attitude and solution orientated personality with leadership mentality and for the EICA discipline, assisting project director for the contract execution.
3. Strong capability and experience on 66kV, 10.5kV, 6.6kV and LV related power distribution equipment and cabling installation and commissioning requirement. Experience of large power transformers, generator circuit breakers, MV switchgear, protections and control equipment, MCC and UPS and DC system is expected.
4. Having good understanding and interpretation of SLD, protection and metering SLD, schematics and cabling drawings.
5. In depth of understanding for electrical power automation for electrification of WtE project.
6. Contracts management in managing site works while maintaining swift communication with client and contractors for the WtE project.
7. Familiar with SS638 requirements on electrical installations in Singapore.
8. Having multi-discipline coordination attitude in execution of electrical works.
9. Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control equipment for site works.
10. Review the submittals from Contractors for electrical installation and commissioning procedures of various sub-packages.
11. Engage in site meetings with technical discussion contractor and client.
12. Joining site inspection for contractors works.
13. Participation of FAT and SAT of electrical equipment.
14. Ability to use Navisworks to review 3D BIM Model for routing of site utilities.

Job Description

The role of a cleaner is to perform day-to-day cleaning responsibilities of the property to provide a clean & safe working space forworkers. We will assign a location nearby to your house if there is availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General Cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
• Mopping of floors
• Sweep and vacuum floor or carpets of assigned area
• Daily disposal of the litter bins
• Daily disposal of the rubbish bins at the pantry areas
• To clean both female & male toilets including topping of toiletries such as paper rolls, soap solution, etc.
• Ensure tools and equipment are replenished, reinstated and maintained

Job Requirements

• Is able to work independently
• Preferably with prior experience with cleaning
• No minimum education required
• Punctual and responsible
• Able to commence work soon is preferred
