KEY JOB PURPOSE

As a process technician, you are required to ensure the smooth operation of his/her assigned process unit. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our research team in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and providing technical support to advance the understanding and performance of the solar cell fabrication processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepares substrates/precursors, loads samples and prepares material deposition process for experimentationin time and quality .

· Evaluates performance of process system.

Responsibilities:

Operations and Maintenance Regime (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance)

• Daily and Weekly Work Planning and Duty Roster
• Manage day-to-day functions of facility technicians and gather feedback and observations from routine inspections
• Guide and monitor Facility Technicians whenever help is needed to resolve facility / building issues while ensuring Workplace Safety
• Prepare the maintenance schedule and arrange contractors for servicing
• To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out to ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions
• To maintain and schedule the periodic maintenance and servicing Plants compressors, pumps and all equipment.
• To maintain Chiller plants and monitor the plant efficiency. Including Cooling Tower, Condenser pump and AHUs.
• Hands on Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing works as needed to support Technicians
• Support Emergency Response Plan
• Coordinate with Safety/Security Team and landlord to verify Building/Fire Alarms and record events.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry
• Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works.
• Possess good communication skills and be able to relate different levels of people
